Return Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (music files, digital artwork, etc.), all sales are final. We cannot offer returns or refunds for digital downloads once they have been delivered.
Physical Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Limited edition items are final sale
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@cutwgold.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
- Package items securely and ship using provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@cutwgold.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
